Valid public watch hours come from long-form videos that you set to public on your
channel. YouTube expressly excludes watch hours from private videos, unlisted 
videos, deleted videos, Shorts views, unconverted livestreams, and ad campaigns 
from counting toward the 4,000-hour threshold.
