Can I change videos in my existing channel campaigns?

Once a channel campaign is launched, you cannot change the video, as it is tied to specific metrics and targeting settings. However, if you want to promote a different video, you can use the unspent funds from your existing channel campaign to start a new one.

If you want to promote a different video, you will need to create a new channel campaign. You can do this by using the unspent funds from your existing campaign.

Steps to Use Remaining Funds for a New Video:

  1. Go to the Campaigns Page on VeeFly.

  2. Find the existing channel campaign you want to remove.

  3. Click the "Delete icon" button located in the top-right corner of the channel campaign


  1. Confirm by clicking "Delete".












       5. Yours Channel Campaign status will be marked as " Removed "

Once deleted, the remaining funds from the channel campaign will be returned to your VeeFly wallet,
which you can use to fund a new channel ca​mpaign  with your desired video.

Important Notes:

  • The minimum campaign value is $10. If your wallet balance is below this amount, you’ll need to add more funds to launch a new channel campaign.

  • Deleted channel campaigns cannot be restored. If you want to promote the same video again, a new channel campaign must be created.

  • When setting up a new channel campaign, you’ll be able to choose the video, duration, and targeting options as needed.

By following these steps, you can easily switch to promoting a different video using the available balance from your previous channel campaign.
